The South Bay Expressway is OPEN!  The SR 125 links Otay Mesa with the 54 and 94.  A trip from Eastlake to the border now takes 9 minues instead of 35 minutes!  We believe this connection will greatly facilitate the long-overdue development of business ventures between companies currently located in Tijuana and Otay Mesa with those located in East San Diego County.  We see a smooth linkage between R&D, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, and employee housing.

 Aerospace and Medical Manufacturing--American and International companies are increasingly moving their "Just In Time" manufacturing of aerospace and medical equipment to Mexico.  We see the border areas benefitting from increased investment and the increased need for engineers and other highly educated/trained employees.
